Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Cornerstone United Roofing KC LLC are:

• Free of charge: Initial estimates are provided at no cost to you.
• Subject to inspection: Final pricing may be adjusted after a thorough on-site inspection.
• Time-limited: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
• Non-binding: A quote does not constitute a commitment to provide services until a signed agreement is in place.

Service Agreements

Once you decide to proceed with services, you will be asked to sign a detailed service agreement that will include:

• Scope of work and project specifications
• Total project cost and payment schedule
• Project timeline and start/completion dates
• Materials and warranties
• Permit and compliance requirements
• Change order procedures

By signing the service agreement, you agree to the terms outlined in that document in addition to these Terms of Service.

Payment Terms

Warranties

Cornerstone United Roofing KC LLC provides warranties on our workmanship. Warranty coverage includes:

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by acts of God, improper maintenance, or damage caused by other parties.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel scheduled work, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms include: deposits may be non-refundable for work already scheduled; cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may incur a fee; materials already ordered may need to be paid for even if the project is cancelled.
